FAQ

  • If you are visiting the website on Desktop/Laptop then click on the Login/Register placed in top right in header section. It will show drop up menu.
  • You can Login using your Facebook Account & Google Account ID.
  • If you are visiting the website from your mobile device then touch the menu icon on left side of screen which opens the menu , there will be the option of Login/Register.

First, click on the Cart Icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen/Mobile Screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete,

  • Go to the cart page and click/touch on the the Cross Sign shown that the product which you want to remove from cart.
  • Another way is to reduce the quantity to zero of those products you want to remove from cart and click Update Cart button.

Orders are processed within 30 minutes and are normally shipped on the same day if placed before 3:00 PM

We provide true buyer protection so any item you receive by helpingmaterial.store can return (with full packing) as it is(Without any use) to us if you feel you did not need it.
 Shipping & Delivery
We use third-party services for shipping your order, In the normal time it takes maximum 72 hours ( 3 working days) to reach to your doorstep but some time order is misrouted may take some extra time.
 Returns & Replacements
Electronics components are not eligible for return or replacement if it is defective, because we test all items before dispatching it.
 Item can only be returned without any use and proper working condition.
 If the customer buys an item from helpingmaterial.store he is by default agree with our terms and policies defined in the current website. 
Return time
you can return the product within 3 days after you receive it( only applicable on items that are unused no wear-and-tear no damage by any means). Please keep in mind all burned or items that used not to the procedure is not qualifying to return policy.

Click on the ‘Track your Order’ link on the footer of our site or using this link and enter the tracking details received in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you.  Once there, choose the order number that you wish to track & Email Id which with which you register on website, Click on the track button on that page to view your order status.

Alternately, login with your email id and go to the My Dashboard page and select Orders, under the Actions click “View”.

It might take 24 hours for tracking number to become active. But don’t worry your shipment is on the way and will reach you soon.

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

We dispatch parcels from Bahawalpur , Punjab

Delivery can take 1 to 4 working days, Delivery time varies by destination area.

We ship by M&P Courier Service so shipping is available to all cities of Pakistan where these courier services are available and your area should be in their coverage area, Otherwise you need to go to Courier’s office for self collect of your parcel.

Please call us on 03458708509 with your changes at least 2 hours before order dispatch time (4pm). In your correspondence, include your new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding suspending delivery of your order.

If the your shipment tracking shows that your parcel is returning , you can call your nearest Courier office and tell them parcel consignment # which we sent you after shipping your order.Tell them that you need the parcel and they will re-deliver you, or you can contact us at 03458708509 and we will arrange to re-forward your parcel to you.

Yes, you can make payment on delivery, Which is called CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) service. Once you get the package you will get receipt having total amount mentioned on the Parcel. You must pay the cash first (to Delivery Man) to open the parcel. Once parcel is opened you can not return it to delivery person. If you have any refund related issue you can contact us with in 3 days after receiving the parcel.

If you choose the Advance payment option , after transferring the amount please inform us by CALL, SMS or sending us the proof of the payment transferred by Email or on Whatsapp.
After we receive the confirmation message from our Bank/Telenor Easypaisa , we will confirm your order.
